Our Services
Complete spectrum of mould manufacturing solutions
What we make
One partner for tooling, parts and the engineering in between
Original in-house designs for PET bottles and jars, compatible with leading blow-moulding machines, plus injection moulds and small-series plastic parts.
Milled and turned components in tool steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper alloys. Single prototypes, pilot runs and repeat production with inspection reports.
Stamping and bending tools, fixtures, gauges and EDM clamping systems built to your drawings or designed together with you.
Worn components for production lines and non-standard machines, reverse-engineered, remanufactured and ground back to tolerance.
From drawing to delivered part
Three steps, one contact person
- 1
Send your files
Upload STEP, IGES or Parasolid models and PDF drawings through the quote form or by email. Tell us the material, quantity and the date you need the parts.
- 2
DFM review and quote
Our engineers check manufacturability, point out cost drivers and send a fixed quote with a committed lead time, normally within one business day.
- 3
Manufacturing and inspection
Machining, EDM and grinding in Varna, a dimensional report from our CMM, then road freight anywhere in the EU, usually in 3 to 5 days.
Why source from Bulgaria?
Western European standards, nearshore economics, no border friction
Inside the EU single market
No customs, no import duties, no VAT surprises. Bulgaria has used the euro since 2026, so you are invoiced in EUR without currency risk.
Close to your plant
Road freight from Varna reaches Central Europe in 3 to 5 days. Our engineers work in your time zone, give or take an hour, and speak English.
Competitive total cost
Lower labour and overhead than Western Europe on the same Hermle, DMG and Haas machines, without the lead times, minimum quantities and quality risk of sourcing from Asia.
Owner-run quality
A family company where the people who quote your job also run the shop floor. ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 50001:2018 certified.

Cycloidal speed reducer with intermediate rolling elements and stabilized dynamic links

Many suppliers can make a prototype. Far fewer can take a part from prototype to production while keeping dimensions consistent, lead times stable, and costs predictable.

When a drawing calls for tight tolerances, the real challenge isn’t “can you machine it?- it’s can you machine it reliably, repeatedly, and prove it.
Frequently asked questions
What buyers ask us before their first order
What is the largest part you can machine?
On our 5-axis centres we machine parts up to about 800 × 600 × 520 mm, on 3-axis mills up to 1,016 × 508 × 635 mm, and turned parts up to about 800 mm long. Larger workpieces can be machined in several setups. Send us the model and we will confirm.
Which file formats do you accept for a quote?
STEP (.step or .stp) is best, together with a PDF drawing that states tolerances, surface finish and material. We also accept IGES, Parasolid (x_t), SolidWorks, DXF/DWG and photos for repair jobs.
Do you make single prototypes or only series?
Both. We machine one-off prototypes, pilot batches and repeat series production. For series work we keep fixtures and programmes, so repeat orders are faster and cheaper.
What tolerances can you hold?
Our 5-axis machines are accurate to 0.006 to 0.008 mm, EDM and grinding reach a few micrometres, and every critical dimension can be verified on our DEA Global CMM with 2.5 µm accuracy. Tell us which dimensions are critical and we will specify the inspection method in the quote.
How long does a quote take, and how fast can you deliver?
You normally receive a quote within one business day. Lead time depends on complexity and material availability and is confirmed in the quote; urgent jobs are possible on request.
Do you sign NDAs and protect our designs?
Yes. We work under NDA on request, your files are used only for your project, and we never copy third-party mould designs: our PET moulds are original in-house designs.
How do you ship to Germany, Italy or other EU countries?
By road freight or parcel service directly from Varna, typically 3 to 5 days inside the EU. Because Bulgaria is an EU member there are no customs formalities, and we invoice in euro.
